Recently, Associate Prof Dr Roslina Abd Wahid presented a paper at the 2017 Winter London Business Research Conference at the world famous Imperial College, London. The paper which she authored titled “Operational Excellence Through Process Improvement at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) won the ‘Best Paper Award for a Journal’ at the conference.
