The MIBF students held a seminar entitled “Issues of Fintech in Islamic Finance” on Thursday, 29th of November 2018. The seminar, which were presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aznan Hasan, the Deputy Chairman of Shariah Advisory Council, Securities Commission Malaysia and Mr Azman Ismail, the President of International Islamic Finance and Insurance Consulting Sdn Bhd pointed out on issues of fintech, positive technology disruption, cryptocurrency and smart contracts from syariah and industry points of view.
