Ryan is an entrepreneur and business strategist, and consults for start-ups, as well as existing businesses that are looking for growth. His passion is to help others build their own businesses, and guide them to scale-up sustainably. Ryan currently is co-founder of, works with, and holds equity in businesses in various areas, including property, architecture, health and digital media.

Ryan is a non-executive director at Keystone Development Trust, Charles Burrell Centre and London Film Studios. He started to build his own property business over ten years ago, and since has been asked to advise on large capital projects from £5m to £72m in the Private, Third and Educational sector Ryan has lecturer in entrepreneurship, and was higher education adviser at West Suffolk College, and received his PgDip in Entrepreneurship from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge in 2013.

Ryan has recently been asked to join the Norfolk’s Enterprise Advisor Network. He has recently also been named 30 under 30 by IQ Magazine, was awarded the Theresa Graham CBE People’s Award by LEA, the ‘Rising Star’ at the Property Awards of Cambridge News, the Thetford Award of Recognising Achievement for Business, and was recognised with an induction in the LEA Hall of fame, in Orlando, Florida US

Ryan's main focus now is scaling up his architectural practice WindsorPatania architects and finding, supporting and funding two start-ups a year to start and scale.
