MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) AA700 / AA704 (1.5 – 2 YEARS /3 – 4 SEMESTER)

a) Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 3.00 from UiTM or a university recognized by UiTM Senate or;

b) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.80 and relevant working experience of at least one (1) year or;

c) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.60 and relevant working experience of at least three (3) years or;

d) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and relevant working experience of at least five (5) years or;

e) Candidates without a qualification in the related fields and/or relevant working experience with minimum CGPA based on (a), (b), (c) and (d) must undergo and pass the prerequisite (OR co-requisite) courses offered by the faculty before enrolling in the program or;

f) Fulfill Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) admission process for Master’s Degree in related area.

MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (EXECUTIVE) AA701 / AA705 (2 YEARS/ 4 SEMESTER)

a) Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 3.00 from UiTM or a university recognized by UiTM Senate or;

b) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.80 and relevant working experience of at least one (1) year or;

c) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.60 and relevant working experience of at least three (3) years or;

d) A recognized Bachelor (Hons) degree in related field of studies or its equivalent qualification with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and relevant working experience of at least five (5) years or;

e) Candidates without a qualification in the related fields and/or relevant working experience with minimum CGPA based on (a), (b), (c) and (d) must undergo and pass the prerequisite (OR co-requisite) courses offered by the faculty before enrolling in the program or;

f) Fulfill Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) admission process for Master’s Degree in related area.

International applicants are required to obtain a minimum:

• TOEFL certificate with a score of at least 550 for (paper-based) or 213 (computer based) or 80 (IBT); or,
• IELTS certificate with at least Band 6.0; or;
• MUET Band 4.0
• Any English Language Test which is equivalent to B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR)

Candidate who does not have TOEFL or IELTS is required to attend six (6) months English Proficiency Class (EPC) prior to enrolment to the program. Upon completion of the EPC program, candidate needs to sit for TOEFL/IELTS/MUET examination with the score as stated above.

Candidates need to complete a total of 41 credit hours of coursework. The total credit hours include program core and specialization courses (29 credit hours), research project (6 credit hours) and elective courses (6 credit hours).

Duration of Study, Mode of Delivery:
Candidates may complete the MBA program within a minimum of 3 to 4 semesters and is conducted on both full time and part time basis. The program is delivered using different learning modes – lectures, case study, experiential learning, group and individual project assignments, seminars, industry talks etc.
