Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) proudly launched the Mini Professorial Talk 2025 Series (April 2025), an exclusive in-house platform to celebrate and share the scholarly expertise of our distinguished professors with the AAGBS academic community.

For the month of April, we are honored to feature two insightful sessions:

🔹 Topic: "Servqual in Service Industry: Expectations and Challenges"

Prof. Dr. Siti Halijjah Shariff explored the evolving role of service quality in the service industry, addressing customer expectations, service delivery challenges, and strategic approaches to achieving excellence in service management.

🔹 Speaker: Prof. Dr. Tan Peck Leong
🔹 Topic: "Quantum-Leaped Research in Business and Economics: A Call for Meaningful Impact Research"

Prof. Dr. Tan Peck Leong challenged conventional research paradigms, advocating for business and economic research that creates real-world impact and contributes meaningfully to industry and society.

Both sessions witnessed active participation from AAGBS staff, sparking thoughtful discussions and strengthening our culture of continuous learning and research excellence.
