Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) International Conference on Business Management (AiCoBM) is organised by Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia. The tradition started in 2014 when the first Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School International Conference on Business Management 2014 (AiCoBM 2014) was held in Penang. The latest AiCoBM is the 4th International Conference on Business Management 2024 (AiCoBM 2024).

AiCoBM served as a platform for distinguished academics, scholars, industry practitioners, and researchers to network, collaborate, and engage with participants from diverse national and international backgrounds, enriching the global discourse on these critical areas of study.
