February 16th, 2016 was a meaningful date in my working life experience when I arrived at Stuttgart International Airport, Germany as a foreign scientist as stated on my visa by the German Immigration which actually I was there for a-year sabbatical leave. The purpose of my sabbatical leave was to carry out research on the effects of cultural dimensions and learning styles on the proactive behavior of public service employees in Malaysia and Germany. I was working with Professor Dr. Georg Hauer, the Vice Dean of Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences who is an expert in the management area.
