Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) is the prominent graduate school in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with the largest enrolment. The graduate business school was named after Tun Arshad Ayub, Malaysia's education icon - a man of sheer determination, diligence, and discipline. Our Signature Master in Business Management (MBA) program is flexible with full time, part time and executive mode. It provides an understanding of strategic business models, contemporary issues and appreciation of responsible and sustainable leadership values that are very much in demand in today's market. Other programs being offered include Master in Islamic Banking and Finance (MIBF), Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Business Management) (PhD).

AAGBS commemorates close collaboration with key industry players and leverage on strategic international partners. Our postgraduate programs are highly regarded by the local business community and across borders. Students have the opportunity to participate in international exchange programs, obtain a dual-master degree, or be co-supervised by both local and international university partners. AAGBS is proud of our highly qualified academia that is expert in various fields with vast experience.

AAGBS continuously gives attention to providing high-quality services, obtaining accreditations and maintaining education standards in order to realize the vision and mission of the school. For this purpose, the school has aggressively taken process-centered approach in its continuous initiatives to improve. The School believes that improving the quality of the teaching and learning process is vital to assure the outcome of educational objectives. This will further assist the school in producing graduates on time (GOT) with the required competency and with a high rate of employability.

In line with the requirements for quality assurance by the Ministry of Education Malaysia, all four programs have received full accreditation status in 2013. In fact, the school has been referred by the panel of experts in the development of Programme Qualification Agency 2014. At the same time, AAGBS has been a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) since 2009. To further enhance the academic recognition and reputation, the school is currently aligning its operation as the application to enter the business accreditaion process was successfully accepted in June 2018.
