Grooming Session for AAGBS Senior Lecturers

The session, which took place on 19th October 2018, aimed at giving exposure to senior lecturers to be future leaders. In this session, participants were able to have open discussion, sharing session with Top Management Team, Professors and Associate Professors, and hands-on session on how to complete the promotion forms. All participants were so appreciative of the advice, guidance and knowledge shared in this fruitful session and feeling motivated to develop their carrier path and professionalism.
