Quality Assurance Seminar was held from 22nd to 24thJuly 2019 at Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, UiTM Shah Alam. The three days seminar was organized to equip AAGBS Program Coordinators with basic understandings and knowledge on quality management. The seminar aims at standardizing and improving the assurance of learning, management of programs and quality of services provided by Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) at branches and the main campus. A total of 13 Program Coordinators and Head of Postgraduates Studies from Johor, Melaka, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak have attended the seminar. The seminar was facilitated by Dr Hadijah Iberahim, Head of Quality and Accreditation Unit and Prof Dr Noryati Ahmad, Head of Postgraduate Studies, AAGBS Shah Alam.

Sessions include discussion on Malaysian Quality Agency (MQA) standards and introduction to Association of Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) standards. The seminar also served as a platform for the Program Coordinators and Head of Postgraduate Studies to share issues faced in managing postgraduate programs at branches. The seminar ends with some action plans on areas of concern and continuous improvement to be made, in accordance to the AAGBS Quality Assurance Guidelines 2019. AAGBS is committed in continuous improvement, enhancing service quality and obtaining recognition from national and international accreditation bodies.
