Recently, 18 students who are doing their DBA program with AAGBS at the UiTM Sabah state campus, went on an academic trip to the United Kingdom. They were accompanied by lecturer Associate Professor Dr Imbarine Bujang. There they visited Aviation House London and the Battersea Power Station. Both students and lecturer also participated in the 9^th International Conference on Restructuring of Global Economy (ROGE) at Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK. The two-day conference was co-hosted by the Academy of Business and Retail Management and the School of Management and E-Business, Zhejiang Gongshang University, China.

During the conference, Associate Professor Dr Imbarine was awarded the Honorary Fellowship of the Academy of Business and Retail Management, UK. This award is a recognition for his exemplary service in the field of research in Financial Economics and Behavioral Finance in Malaysia and beyond. He also delivered the keynote address titled “Education Protagonist in the 21^st Century and Its Relation to Fragile Economy and Economic Recovery”.
